First Lady Pearl Hill

Fragrance of the House”

First Lady Pearl Hill was born and raised a daughter of Church of God in Christ, and was blessed to find the love of Christ at a very early age.  She grew in wisdom and strength in the Lord and she desired to further her knowledge in Him by attending Saints Junior College in Lexington, MS and Tougaloo University in Tougaloo, MS, studying psychology.  While there, she met the man of her dreams who is now her beloved husband and the President of the International Youth Department of the Church of God in Christ.  Superintendent Michael E. Hill, Sr. and Missionary Pearl Hill have a loving and warm relationship, and to their union has been fruitful.  They have two beautiful children NaKisha (Elder Dwight Walls, Jr.) and Michael Jr. (Katrina).  They also have five grandchildren, Dwight III, Micah, and Christian Walls and Kyla and Kelia Hill.

Over the years the Lord has developed First Lady Hill’s ministry; she is a First Lady that is instrumental in providing an atmosphere that enables church growth.  At Hill Memorial she serves as President of the Women’s Ministries and Clergy Wives Circle.  Her enthusiastic support of her husband is a model of biblical marriage and displays a great example to others of what a Godly wife and spiritual help-meet should be.

First Lady Hill’s spiritual influence extends to other areas of the church where she works faithfully.  She serves as the Chairman of the Finance Committee in the Deliverance District Women’s Department.  On the Jurisdictional level, she serves as a member of the Executive Board, Chairman of the Finance Committee, President of the Pastor’s Wives Circle, and Jurisdictional Marshall of the Women’s Department of Great Lakes First Jurisdiction, under the leadership of Mother Dianne M. Bogan, State Supervisor of Women.  Internationally, she presides as the President of the Pastor’s Wives Circle of the Church of God in Christ, Inc. under the leadership of Mother Willie Mae Rivers, General Supervisor of Women.

First Lady Hill’s love of God, devotion to her family, and her church, make her a prime example for the other women to follow.  She is dedicated to advancing the kingdom of god.  She is a true prayer warrior and her goal is to take every opportunity to defeat the work of the enemy.  She is a powerful and anointed woman of faith that will truly inspire you to grow in God and in His word.
